1. What we provide
We create commissioned creative work: an original song with a lyrics sheet, and optionally an animated film based on information you supply about your relationship.
2. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment is completed through Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars and include all applicable fees stated at checkout.
3. Delivery
Song packages are delivered within 5 working days, animation packages within 10 working days, counted from the moment we receive your completed questionnaire. Delays caused by missing information extend these times.
4. Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included. Revisions cover lyrics, tone and, for animation orders, the storyboard. Complete rewrites after approval may be quoted separately.
5. Rights and use
You receive a perpetual personal-use licence covering private, family, ceremonial and social-media use. We retain authorship and may show anonymised excerpts as portfolio work unless you ask us not to. Commercial or broadcast use requires a separate written licence.
6. Content you provide
You confirm that the details, names and photographs you submit are yours to share and that you have consent from anyone else featured.
7. Refunds
As each work is created individually, orders cannot be refunded once creative work has begun. If we fail to deliver, or the delivered work materially differs from what was agreed, contact us and we will repair or refund.
