What we collect
Your name, email address, optional phone number, and the story details you write in the order questionnaire. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store them.
Why we collect it
Solely to create and deliver your song or animation, to contact you about your order, and to meet accounting obligations.
Who sees your story
Only the small team working on your commission. We never sell your details, and we never publish your story or names without written permission.
How long we keep it
Order and story data is kept while your project is active and for as long as tax law requires for the transaction record. You may ask us to delete your story details at any time after delivery.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@thefaithfulframe.com. We respond within 30 days.
Processors we use
Stripe for payments and our hosting and database provider for storing order records. Both process data on our instructions only.
