Good things to ask first.

How long does it take?

Custom songs are delivered within 5 working days of your questionnaire. Animation packages take up to 10 working days because of the illustration and storyboard stages.

Is it AI-generated?

A person reads your story and writes your lyrics. We use modern production tools in the studio the same way any small label would, but the writing, arrangement choices and animation direction are human decisions.

How Christian is it, exactly?

Entirely up to you. In the questionnaire you choose between a clear faith thread, a gentle undertone, or none at all. We never add scripture or religious language you didn't ask for.

What if I don't like the lyrics?

Two rounds of revisions are included in both packages. Tell us what's off and we rewrite. We'd rather redo a verse than hand you something that doesn't sound like your life.

Can I play it at my wedding or post it online?

Yes. You get full personal-use rights, which covers weddings, anniversaries, church events and social media. Commercial or broadcast use needs a separate licence — just ask.

What do I actually receive?

The song package: a high-quality audio file and a typeset lyrics sheet built for printing and framing. The animation package: all of that plus an animated film of your story set to the song.

Can I order the animation later?

Yes. If you start with the song and want the film afterwards, contact us with your order code and we'll arrange the upgrade.

Refunds?

Because each piece is written from scratch for one couple, we can't refund after writing begins. If something goes wrong on our side, we'll make it right — contact us and we'll talk it through.
